Ananda group started from Siyana, Bulandshahar(UP) plant on 15th Nov 1989
It all began from our Siyana factory in Bulandshahr in 1989 when the company was set up by our visionary
Chairman Dr. Radhey Shyam Dixit, during the Phase-III of Operation Flood, which is also known as the
White Revolution of India. The success of Operation Flood is also known to make India the largest milk
producing country in the world.
Ananda started its beginning from Siyana Factory on 15th Nov 1989 and Birth Date of “Ananda Group”
Ananda Retail Business incorporated on 8th July 03
Incorporation of Ananda Agro Retail Business came on 8th July 2003.
Incorporation Date of Ananda Dairy Foods P. Ltd came on 27th July 2004
Ananda acquired "Dairy India Pvt Ltd" in 2008
FY 2007-2008 we achieved a turnover of 100 Cr.
After the Birth of “Dairy India” Brand and Takeover of Dairy India P. Ltd happened in the year 2008.
Achieved 200 Cr Turnover in FY 2009-10
